A place to slow down, be honest, and be human.
A little about me

Therapy that feels human.

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be your honest, messy, funny, emotional self—without judgment.

My style is warm, casual, collaborative, and client-centered. Together, we'll slow down, make sense of what you're carrying, and create room for greater self-trust, healthier boundaries, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

You can come as you are
You don't need the right words. You don't need everything figured out.

Therapy doesn't have to be another place where you perform.

Areas of focus

Support for the things that weigh on you.

Many of the people I work with are used to caring for everyone else while losing touch with their own needs.

01

Anxiety & Overthinking

Feel less caught in your thoughts and more grounded in your everyday life.

02

Self-Worth

Move beyond self-doubt, perfectionism, and the feeling that you're never doing enough.

03

Women's Issues

Make space for your needs, identity, relationships, boundaries, and the pressures you carry.

04

Trauma

Process difficult experiences at a pace that prioritizes safety, trust, and your sense of control.

05

Relationships

Understand patterns, communicate more clearly, and build healthier connections.

06

Life Transitions

Find your footing when life changes and you're not quite sure what comes next.

Life is messy. Therapy gets to be messy, too. Come as you are.

You don't have to perform here.
My approach

Evidence-based, flexible, and tailored to you.

There isn't one right way to do therapy. We'll choose approaches that fit your goals, personality, and pace.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

Build flexibility, clarify what matters to you, and take meaningful action even when difficult thoughts or feelings show up.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Notice patterns between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and practice new ways of responding.

EMDR & Trauma-Focused Work

Process distressing experiences while keeping safety, pacing, and your sense of control at the center.

Person-Centered & Attachment-Based

Understand yourself in the context of relationships and build a therapeutic space where you can feel seen and supported.

A different kind of space
You can be successful and still be struggling. You can be grateful and still need support. Both can be true.
